Service & Repair - Stock Returns - Defectives

COX North America, Inc. offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanshipo on all products. COX will repair or replace the product at our op0tion, at no cost to the purchaser for labor, parts or return transportation, if it is delivered to us or your local COX dealer.

An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required to return ANY merchandise to COX North America, Inc.
• The RMA number must be obtained by contacting our service department at service@cox-applicators.com or 800-822-8114 x209.
• Absolutely NO returns will be accepted without prior approval and an RMA number.
• Return options will be discussed/determined at the time the RMA number is obtained.
• ALL returns must be returned to COX North America, Inc. at 8181 Coleman Road, Haslett, MI 48840 USA.

SERVICE & REPAIR
• The repair program is for COX products that are no longer covered under the one-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
• Repair charges are $30 per hour per tool for labor with a minimum of one hour. Parts and return freight are additional.
• COX North America, Inc. will submit a quotation prior to initiating a repair.
• Customers will have the option of accepting or denying the quote prior to any work being done on the tool(s).
• Repair work is offered to anyone using a COX product. If the repair is done for a customer that is not a current account, it is payable via Mastercard or Visa, or pre-paid prior to work being done on the product(s). A 10% handling fee applies to those paying by credit card.

STOCK RETURNS
• All merchandise returned to the warehouse must be unused, in original cartons, include all accessories originally shipped with the tool, and sent freight pre-paid before credit will be issued.
• Stock must match the current stock in order for it to be accepted.
• There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned to the warehouse.
• If product is being returned due to shipment damage, or it was defective upon receipt, an RMA # is still required.
• Return freight options will be discussed/determined at the time the RMA is issued.
• Product must be received and inspected prior to credit.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
• COX North America, Inc. MUST inspect all damaged and defective merchandise in order to warranty the product.
