Credit Application

If you are interested in becoming a distributor of the COX line, submit a Credit Application via fax 517-339-3806 or email it to
sales@cox-applicators.com.

Only stocking resellers are considered and will be qualified before the credit process begins.  The credit application must be completed and signed prior to consideration. If your company has a standard credit information sheet, it will be accepted in place of our credit application being filled out in its entirety, though we do require our form to be signed at the top, agreeing to Net 30 Day terms.
